The concept for the Hanazono Resort is a sustainable all-season pedestrian village that reflects the stunning landscape of Mt Nesiko. This development will feature 8,500 beds, 20,000 square metres of commercial and retail space, a championship golf course, and a world-class ski resort and tennis centre.
REDC developed the master plan with a teamof international consultants, including Riccardo Tossani Architects and Ecosign Mountain Resort Planners, and they also assisted the client in selling the existing assets, the resort concept and permits to a Hong Kong development company.
