One Yarra Lane is a 6-level boutique office building with a 97-space basement car park and was designed by Bird de la Coeur Architects. Located on the corner of Claremont Street and Yarra Lane, South Yarra the building has led the transformation of this dynamic precinct.
One Yarra Lane has flexible open plan offices of more than 780 square metres on each of the 6 levels and cafes and restaurants at street level. The design departs from the common isolated office building and instead engages with the Yarra Lane precinct. With its transparent glass entrance featuring a site specific installation by Janet Laurence, One Yarra Lane successfully mediates between the private space of the office and the life of the street.
